Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute directly to the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of global payroll operations. As part of a high-performing payroll team, you will support the execution of domestic and international payroll processes while ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting the preparation and processing of global payrolls, including regular and off-cycle runs
• Ensuring payroll data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to meet quarter-end and year-end reporting and compliance requirements
• Assisting in preparing payroll and benefits-related journal entries in alignment with accounting standards
• Responding to internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, and Finance to manage leave of absence tracking and payroll-related benefit impacts
• Partnering with HR Business Partners to process employee changes and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations
• Serving as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support
• Assisting with payroll administration related to expatriate and international assignments
• Contributing to payroll projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation updates

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing or a related function
• Experience supporting payroll; exposure to international payroll is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate payroll data
• Foundational accounting knowledge or experience supporting payroll accounting processes
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems
• Exposure to global payroll providers and multi-country payroll environments
• Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
