About this Position
At Henkel, we are looking for a Global Product Owner Demand Planning (d/f/m) to join our Business Unit IT (DX) in Düsseldorf, Germany. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and success of Henkel’s global SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning product.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and success of Henkel’s global SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning product in our Business Unit IT (DX)
- Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and product enhancements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
- Drive the evolution and standardization of global Demand Planning capabilities
- Lead stakeholder alignment and product governance across regions and functions
- Drive user adoption, performance improvements, and business value realization
- Foster innovation through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven planning
- Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology, complemented by a Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with deep process knowledge in the area of demand planning / sales and operations planning
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in agile project delivery environments
- Profound background in SAP products, especially SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Fluent English skills
