About the Position

Global Reward & Compensation Manager

Praha 8

We’re looking for an experienced Global Reward & Compensation Manager to join our HR team – someone who can bring structure, consistency and real business relevance to how we reward people across countries, while staying hands-on with the analysis, bonus calculations and day-to-day implementation.

If you like turning complex data into clear decisions, enjoy balancing global consistency with local realities and like to see things through to the end, read on.

Responsibilities

  • Own and further develop our global reward and compensation principles, governance and processes across the Adastra Group – with a strong focus on Europe and close collaboration with North America and Asia
  • Guide European pay gap / pay equity initiatives, from analytics and action planning to stakeholder alignment and getting us ready for evolving pay transparency requirements
  • Be a sparring partner and buddy for reward colleagues and HR teams in North America and Asia, helping them align local practices with global principles while respecting market specifics
  • Design, review and harmonize compensation frameworks for leadership and key roles, including KPI-based incentive schemes, bonus eligibility rules and consistent performance-to-reward logic
  • Manage annual and ad-hoc compensation cycles in CZ – salary reviews, bonus calculations, scenario modelling, data validation and clear recommendations for leadership
  • Run market benchmarking, salary range design and job pricing in CZ, using external surveys and internal data to support competitive, fair and scalable pay decisions
  • Partner with Finance, HR Business Partners and senior leaders on workforce cost modelling, reward budgets, bonus accruals and compensation-related business cases
  • Help integrate and harmonize reward practices across countries, entities and newly integrated teams, turning diverse local approaches into one coherent global framework

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR controlling or a related HR/Finance advisory role, ideally in an international environment
  • Understand base pay, incentives, bonus schemes, job levels, salary ranges, benchmarking and pay equity – and can turn them into pragmatic business solutions
  • Are highly analytical and confident with Excel / data modelling, able to turn complex data into clear insights, decisions and executive-ready materials
  • Can influence senior stakeholders, explain reward topics in business language, and balance global consistency with local legal, market and cultural realities
  • Communicate fluently in English and enjoy working across countries, time zones and different levels of reward maturity

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Mercer, WTW, Radford, Pave or similar compensation survey providers
  • Exposure to EU pay transparency, gender pay gap reporting or broader pay equity regulation
  • Experience with HRIS / compensation tools, Power BI or automated reward reporting

We Offer

  • A visible global HR role with direct impact on how Adastra rewards performance and leadership contribution across regions.
  • Close cooperation with business leaders, Finance, local HR teams and global People leadership.
  • Space to build, simplify and professionalize reward processes in a growing international IT consulting company.
  • Flexible work, a collaborative culture, high trust and a strong focus on professional growth.

Benefits

  • An informal atmosphere – after work, we meet up at social and sports events (and there’s no shortage of them)
  • 25 days of holiday to start, with one extra day added every year
  • Work in the beautiful Mississippi House offices in Karlín
  • Flexible working hours and home office – all by agreement
  • A monthly Cafeteria allowance to spend on leisure activities or a Multisport card
  • A meal allowance
  • Great coffee, a wide choice of teas and other drinks in our kitchens, plus fruit and snack boxes full of goodies
  • Discounts with our partners – whether it’s electronics, culture or services
  • FIT Adastra days, because we care about your health – expert check-ups, consultations and activities supporting your physical and mental wellbeing
  • Extra paid day off for volunteering of your choice
  • Extra paid time off to accompany your first-grader on their first day of school
  • A generous referral program if you help us find new Adastrans
