Global Sales Manager – Latin America Region

A fast-growing, innovative company based in Tel Aviv is looking for a strategic and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand our global footprint, with a strong focus on Latin America.

We’re hiring a results-oriented, strategic International Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across global markets - with a special focus on Latin America.

In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and execute international sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, and lead a team to drive consistent revenue growth. If you’re passionate about expanding into new markets, closing complex deals, and building long-term partnerships - we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives across Latin America and other key markets
• Manage international distributors and strategic partners
• Identify new business opportunities and close B2B/B2C deals
• Analyze market trends and drive data-informed strategy
• Represent the company globally (travel involved)

Requirements

• 3–5 years in international sales (B2B/B2C)
• Native Spanish + High-level English (Portuguese = strong plus)
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building & presentation skills
• Leadership experience in global sales teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
