About the Position

The Senior Architect for Data & AI Platforms & Solutions is responsible for supporting the global practice by supporting the practice activities and progression with a technical lens. This role ensures technical excellence, delivery consistency, and scalable industrialization across regions, serving as the design authority for major Data & AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global Data & AI reference architectures and platform patterns across major cloud ecosystems.
• Govern solution design for client-facing strategic pursuits and delivery programs, ensuring feasibility, security, quality, and margin protection.
• Develop and curate reusable technical deliverables, including strategies, architectures, accelerators, code frameworks, and reference implementations.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural oversight for key client engagements.
• Build and lead a global architecture community, enabling knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across regions.
• Mentor regional architects and technical leads on modern data platforms, AI patterns, MLOps/LLMOps/AIOps, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with partners (e.g., hyperscalers, data platform vendors) on joint blueprints and solution frameworks.
• Contribute to technical thought leadership aligned with the Data & AI Practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering, data platform architecture, analytics architecture, or AI engineering within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and governing large-scale cloud data platforms and AI/ML solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, Agentics, GenAI engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, governance, and security.
• Proven ability to act as design authority on complex programs with distributed teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-suite audiences.
• Experience influencing global standards in a matrixed consulting or technology organization.
• Prior experience in solution industrialization, accelerator development, or reusable asset creation is highly desirable.
