Global Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM (all genders)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about enabling a product-led organization by engaging and hiring talented members across all business areas.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring end-to-end, from intake through offer, across the Business.
- Work as a peer to hiring managers and GTM leadership to sharpen requirements, push back on unhireable profiles, calibrate on candidates, and maintain process standards.
- Develop sourcing strategies using Boolean, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS.
- Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles to ensure readiness when a requirement opens.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and ensure consistent assessment as teams grow.
- Use hiring data, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to improve hiring processes.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and support employer branding in the communities we hire from.
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, in-house, with full-cycle ownership.
- Credible conversations about discovery, roadmaps, and metrics.
- Breadth across Tech and Business hiring alongside depth.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers.
- Proven pipeline of both active and passive candidates with rapport and closed offers.
- Data fluency: ability to build a funnel view and use it to make arguments.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
