About the Position
Global User Growth Lead
Location: Shanghai, China
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location Type: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Defining and evolving a standardized global marketing/growth experiment affiliate framework across relevant marketing channels, responsible for the general market strategy and growth goal.
- Mapping out global affiliate marketing/growth strategy initiatives and experiments for the relevant motion, pulling out key insights of crypto industry analysis.
- Involving and working closely with CEO, the marketing team, and other relevant teams such as product/Operation, etc.
- Leading the growth of new products and driving high volume revenue growth, signing up affiliate marketers in top regions we identified.
- Responsible for global expanding growth channels, including evaluating and expanding new online and offline channels in regions such as EU regions, some key Asian countries.
- Managing and supervising the company’s global affiliate expense budget, ensuring the ROI of Global marketing.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in the finance/crypto industry with hands-on experience and resources of key clients, affiliate in top regions KR, VN, JP, TR, and others.
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing major or relevant equivalent majors.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the crypto industry and be sensitive to market trends with strong market analysis skills.
- Proficient in creating promotional plans and using various promotion methods.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful teams.
