About the Position

• Ongoing control of accounting documents, acceptance of employee delegations;
• Calculation of corporate income tax, preparation of declarations;
• Control and acceptance of VAT and JPK_VAT declarations;
• Representing the company before tax authorities;
• Preparation of monthly and annual budgets and monitoring their execution;
• Preparation of annual financial reports of the company in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act and international accounting standards;
• Responsibility for preparing and sending required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts in the company;
• Responsibility for timely settlement of liabilities;
• Cooperation with financial institutions in the scope of conducted matters;
• Preparation of statistical reports (Statistical Office, IDA);
• Reporting to the National Bank of Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the accounting department;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of the provisions of the Accounting Act and tax regulations;
• Knowledge of international accounting standards is an advantage;
• Ability to cooperate with financial institutions;
• Knowledge of issues related to special economic zones, subsidies, and support decisions is welcome;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Communicative knowledge of English;
• Very good work organization, as well as independence and commitment;
• Category B driving license;
• Willingness to work on-site;
