About the Position

Centrum Łukasiewicz is a state legal entity established for planning and coordinating scientific research and development work carried out by the Institutes of the Network, such as conducting applied research and development work.

Responsibilities

• Preparing public procurement procedures, including collaboration with subject departments in preparation and organization of procedures;
• Participation in tender committee works;
• Preparing, maintaining, and archiving procedure documentation;
• Coordinating activities related to concluding contracts;
• Providing legal support to subject departments conducting procurement procedures excluded from the Public Procurement Law regime, including verifying and reviewing the legal correctness of documentation for procedures conducted under the exclusion provisions of the Public Procurement Law.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably administrative, legal, or economic);
• At least 3 years of professional experience;
• Experience working in public sector entities;
• Experience in using public procurement platforms;
• Very good knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and its implementing acts;
• Very good knowledge of the Public Finance Law;
• Ability to apply and interpret normative acts and current legal provisions;
• Very good computer skills (Excel, Word);
• Excellent work organization and punctuality;
• Diligence and independence in performing duties;
• Openness and communicativeness combined with high personal culture;
• Engagement and high determination in achieving goals, initiative in task execution;
• Analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Postgraduate studies in public procurement;
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz Act of February 21, 2019;
• Completed courses or training in public procurement under the current provisions of the Public Procurement Law;
• Communicative knowledge of the English language.
