• Job description/working conditions: Well-lit rooms, office work at a computer screen for more than 4 hours a day, work in the specified region.

Responsibilities

• Conducting technical analyses and expertise related to nuclear technologies (large power reactors, SMR, MMR);
• Participation in research and development projects related to nuclear energy;
• Preparation of technical documentation, reports, and expert opinions;
• Cooperation with industrial partners, state institutions, and scientific units;
• Monitoring technological and regulatory trends in the field of nuclear energy;
• Representing the Institute in projects, consortia, and expert bodies;

Requirements

• Higher education (master's degree) in fields such as nuclear energy, nuclear physics, electrical engineering, energy, materials engineering, or related fields, and 3 years of professional experience;
• Knowledge of reactor technologies and nuclear safety principles;
• Ability to develop technical analyses and expert reports;
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing;
• Ability to work on projects and collaborate with various stakeholders;

Nice to Have

• Doctorate and research experience;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the nuclear energy sector or related field;
• Experience in R&D projects;
• Knowledge of PAA and IAEA regulations;
• Experience with technical documentation of large energy installations;
• Possession of industry certifications (e.g., IAEA training, nuclear safety certificates);
