Job Description
At LGC Axolabs, you will contribute to making pioneering therapies a reality in GMP production – precisely, in compliance with GMP, and using state-of-the-art technology. Join LGC Axolabs now and actively advance our mission "Science for a Safer World"!
Your Tasks
- Ensure a smooth production start by providing materials and checking equipment
- Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment, documenting everything accurately according to GMP guidelines
- Prepare samples for in-process controls and carefully review documentation
- Maintain equipment in top condition by ensuring cleaning, maintenance, and quick troubleshooting
- Contribute your ideas to continuously optimize production equipment and processes
Requirements
Ideal Qualifications
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant, chemical technician, or in a comparable field
- Responsible work according to GMP guidelines and precise, structured documentation
- Ideally, initial experience in a cleanroom environment
- High reliability, independence, and a strong understanding of structured processes
- Team spirit, flexibility, and strong communication skills, as well as good German and English skills for working in an international environment
