About the Position

We are seeking a Go Developer to join our innovative startup, Sphere, to help develop our back-end or algorithm in the Go language. Familiarity with Golang is an asset but not mandatory. We're looking for someone who has experience in any back-end language such as C/C++/C#/Java/Node.js/PHP/Python/Ruby.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain back-end services using the Go language.
Collaborate with the team to build scalable and efficient algorithms.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

A good understanding of coding best practices.
A strong interest or previous experience building a company from the ground up.
A technology-related achievement that stands out from the average developer.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a developer.

Nice to Have

Experience with C/C++/C#/Java/Node.js/PHP/Python/Ruby.

We Offer

Equity: 3.75 to 7.5% based on experience and time commitment; 1-year vest with a 3-month cliff.
Flexibility: Part-time or full-time; remote work options.
