About the Company
1KOMMA5°
At 1KOMMA5°, our vision is to accelerate CO2 neutral life for all! We created an easy one-stop-shop to buy and install solar, charging stations, and heat pumps, with the purpose of liberating all European homes from the shackles of fossil fuels. With Heartbeat, we make clean energy smarter. Connecting our customers into one powerful clean energy operating system to enable flexible tariffs and to ultimately follow the rhythm of wind and sun! - Philipp Schröder (CEO 1KOMMA5°)
Responsibilities
As a Go-to-Market Working Student, you will support our team in optimizing the performance, positioning, and monetization of Heartbeat AI across our markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Heartbeat AI GTM efforts across multiple markets by pulling, structuring, and sanity-checking performance data across pricing, packaging, and positioning initiatives.
- Helping prepare pricing and packaging analyses across markets, flagging patterns, gaps, or differences.
- Assisting in researching new positioning angles, competitor moves, and market trends, turning them into short, usable summaries that can be compared across countries.
- Building a foundational understanding of Heartbeat AI's unit economics by supporting the data work behind monetization decisions in different markets.
- Coordinating logistics and follow-ups with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders across regions, and joining relevant syncs to learn how those conversations happen.
- Helping maintain performance dashboards and trackers spanning multiple markets, keeping data current so the team can spot underperformance quickly, wherever it shows up.
- Taking ownership of clearly scoped tasks and small projects end to end, checking in proactively when priorities are unclear.
- Reporting into the Go-to-Market Director but working closely with all the Go-to-Market team members across the globe.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, ideally in Business, Energy Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work around 15 to 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
- Curiosity about GTM, pricing, or product strategy and a desire to learn how monetization decisions get made differently across markets in a scaling tech company.
- Structured and reliable: you follow through on tasks without being chased and flag early when something's blocked, even when juggling requests from more than one market team.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, and keen to build a genuine feel for numbers and unit economics rather than just running through checklists.
- Clear communication skills and not afraid to ask questions or push back when something doesn't add up, even when talking to more senior stakeholders.
- A fast learner who's comfortable picking up new tools and adapting to a fast-changing environment, and to working with different teams and cultures across markets.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2), written and verbal; additional European languages (German, Italian, Spanish, or others relevant to our markets) are a plus.
- Prior exposure to the energy market or a tech/startup environment is a plus, but not a must.
We Offer
- Be part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen.
- Accelerate the "energy transition" and have a direct impact on our climate.
- Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues.
- Enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers.
- Best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe’s most thriving scaleups.
- Work remotely (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich.
- Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass.
- Benefits and discounts with Futurebens.

- Hamburg, Germany
