About the Position

We are seeking a Head Specialist for Agency Sales Development to join our team in Kyiv, responsible for managing agent contracts and supporting the agency network.

Responsibilities

• Organization of the collection and verification of agent documents for signing the Agency Agreement;

• Preparation, approval, and ensuring the timely signing of the Agency Agreement by both the agent and НАСК "ORANTA";

• Approval and ensuring the timely signing of Acts of completed work;

• Organization of receiving and accounting for used policies issued by the agent;

• Support of existing agents: instructions on working in the software, answering agents' current questions (policy payments on the website, etc.);

• Control over the extension of agency contracts concluded with insurance agents;

• Posting Agency Agreements on the Company's portal;

• Work in the Agency Module:

  • Ensuring timely input of information into the Agency Module;

  • Correction of information in Agent cards (opening new cards, contract extensions, transfer to another sales channel, dismissal, etc.);

• Preparation of analytical information on the agency network (tables, graphs, diagrams, presentations).

• Providing practical assistance to regional divisions on issues of the agency sales channel;

• Quarterly inventory of the regional network;

• Support of agency contracts in the Agency Module;

• Development of normative documentation.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• Proficient PC user: Word, Excel, Power Point;
• Ease of communication, friendliness, and energy;
• Ability to analyze information, generate reports, and presentations;
• Ability to analyze and summarize information from other departments;
• Experience in the insurance market is a plus.
