Our performance marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic Google Ads Manager who will be responsible for managing Google Ads accounts, starting with one of our travel brands.

Responsibilities

Daily PPC account management and optimization in Google Ads and potentially other search platforms (as needed), working with multiple languages;
Creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads search, display, discovery/demand generation, remarketing, maximum performance, video, and other campaigns;
Proactively providing recommendations and implementing account optimization strategies to ensure the creation of new potential customers;
Monitoring, managing, and maintaining key account indicators at the required target level: CTR, conversion rate, number of potential customers, CPL, profitability, etc.;
Continuous planning, implementation, and evaluation of results of A/B tests for ad texts, campaigns, audience selection, and landing pages;
Regular reporting on campaign performance and providing recommendations for actions to improve it;
Troubleshooting all account, setup, and/or tracking issues;
Building strong, strategic relationships with external advertising partners and internal business-specific marketing product teams;
Keeping up with industry/channel best practices, trends, and developments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business, or equivalent experience;
At least two years of experience managing SEM (search engine marketing) campaigns;
Experience managing large or multiple accounts and budgets will be considered an advantage;
Experience working with other pay-per-click (PPC) programs (Yahoo, Bing) will be considered an advantage;
Experience in website analysis using various analytical tools, including Google Analytics, as well as internal reporting tools;
Experience in the travel industry (car rental, flights, hotels) will be considered an advantage;
Excellent English language skills. Spanish language skills will be considered an advantage;
High motivation level with excellent ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Salary
