We are looking for a results-driven Google Media Buyer to join our team in Vilnius. Manage budgets, plan strategies, and collaborate with teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, GDN, Demand Gen) and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve the highest goals
- Monitor results to make sure that we are following our set KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions
- Conduct deep-dive market, customer, and competitor research to discover new growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends
- Experiment, test, and scale new strategies across channels – from app installs to full-funnel conversion tactics
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax)
- Be confident using Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and understand performance tracking best practices
- Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, especially when it comes to ad creatives and messaging
- Be able to plan, prioritize, and thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Embrace experimentation and be unafraid of failure when testing new strategies
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Lithuanian, in written and verbal formats
Salary
Gross salary range is 3900-5900 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
