About the Position
WANTED an experienced software developer to write a trading system in GOlang for a leading Swiss FinTech company specializing in algorithmic trading and OTC liquidity for crypto markets. We operate with a highly efficient design-to-test-to-production cycle, enabling near-instant feedback from the financial market. You will work on a post-trade back-office system that ensures trading results are accurate and client settlements are seamless and fast. Every line of your code will be impactful. We are looking for a candidate who not only delivers high-quality results but also takes initiative and drives innovation.
You will work in a small but cheerful team of back-end developers, DevOps, and business operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Building in GOlang and refactoring in Python a resilient post-trade system (incl. settlement and treasury tool, reporting module)
- Build external integrations (WebSockets & RESTful APIs)
- Automate non-trading processes to minimize human interaction
- Writing good robust code in GOlang
Requirements
- Go Lang
- Python
- Docker
- A good command of GO and Python 3
- A command of C++, Java, Scala, C#, or Rust is an advantage
- Experience with investment/trading technology and/or high performance real-time systems
- Experience with microservices architectures and event-driven systems
- Experience with Docker containers, designing & implementing distributed service-based applications, REST & WS, PostgreSQL is a plus, too
- You are a fluent Russian-speaker
- You are located outside sanctioned countries
