About the Position

We are excited to offer a Graduate Development Program in our Operations Department, located in Nove Sedlo. This is a full-time opportunity designed to immerse you in the glass industry over a 12-month period.

About the Graduate Development Program

Our Graduate Development Program is a best-in-class engineering program that provides a deep dive into the glass industry. During this program, you will learn everything about our processes, technologies, and roles. This will be a very practical experience: you will work and study in our plants, shoulder to shoulder with our best managers and glassmakers, experiencing first-hand the glass manufacturing activities.

Throughout the program, you will be presented with challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program. You will have access to a variety of on-the-job activities, networking activities, and international rotations in some of the best O-I plants in Europe.

By the end of our Graduate Program, you will have developed an in-depth knowledge of our industry and our processes, and you will be integrated into our Plant in Nove Sedlo.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our processes, technologies, and roles in the glass industry
• Work and study in our plants alongside our best managers and glassmakers
• Experience glass manufacturing activities first-hand
• Participate in challenging and diverse opportunities
• Engage in on-the-job activities, networking activities, and international rotations

Requirements

• Master Degree in electronic, mechatronic, automation, or electrical engineering
• Passion for manufacturing processes and activities
• Willingness to work in the heat and noise of our factories' shop floors
• Fluent in English and Czech (any other languages are a plus)
• Availability for traveling for training rotations
