About the Position

Graduate Management Traineeship Programme (GMT) - Belgium

AB InBev Europe is launching its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme in Belgium. This is a 10-month program starting in August 2027, offering 3-4 month rotations within the program. As a junior talent, you will work on real business projects situated in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics
• Engage in a 70-20-10 learning and development approach

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree
• Graduated before September 2027 and no more than two years prior
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included)
• Fluent English and native language of the country you are applying in
• Valid permanent visa/work permit in the country of application
• Willingness to travel within your country of application and across Europe
