Graduate Product Manager - Supply Chain

Always wanted to build the systems behind one of Europe's most advanced supply chains? As part of this Graduate Program, you'll own part of Picnic's supply chain tech products from day one. You'll be end-to-end responsible for developing products that power our operations by understanding operational challenges, analyzing data, working with business teams, designing solutions with engineers, and validating impact through experiments and analytics. You're the one making it happen. The program at Picnic is one of the most ambitious tracks in the industry: from recent graduate to Product Manager.

Wondering what problems you’ll work on? Think optimizing how items are picked in our automated fulfillment center, decreasing waste by optimal ordering, designing a flow how we make sure coolpacks for chilled deliveries get back to the fulfillment center or integrating with robots to automate our operations even more.

Responsibilities

• Learn everything it takes to build a great product by actually doing it.
• Work alongside experienced product managers in our team.
• Spend your program embedded deeply in one supply chain domain to see the long-term impact of your products.
• Reflect on your growth and define new learning goals with your mentor every 3 months.

The Program

• The launchpad to Product Manager: Learn everything there is about building product & become a PM twice as fast as the industry standard.
• Ownership from day one: You’ll immediately work on improving our Supply Chain, alongside our experienced product teams.

Who are you

We’re looking for future leaders who are hungry to learn, eager to build, and passionate about our mission. You don’t need years of product management experience, but you do need to show us you have the raw talent and drive to succeed.

• Master's degree in a quantitative field like Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Builder at heart. You've taken initiative and created something from scratch.
• Highly ambitious, natural curiosity, and empathy for users.
• Go-getter personality. You're biased toward action and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
