About the Position
Graduate Programme 2027: Software Engineer (Android)
Revolut is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer (Android) for its 2027 programme. Join a dynamic team and contribute to innovative mobile solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Designers on feature design and prototyping
- Shape user experience from wireframes to implementation and release
- Build elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams
- Help define and maintain visual guidelines for app consistency
- Prototype new interactions based on peer and user feedback
- Develop expertise with the Android SDK
- Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes
- Share updates with global teams and learn from senior engineers
- Use regular feedback to accelerate professional development
Requirements
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) degree grade
- Graduation year 2025, 2026, or 2027
- Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
- Degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, diverse teams
- Full-time availability from early or late 2027
- Willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

- The programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK
