About the Position
Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Technology
City of London - HQ Office / Start Date - August 2026

Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and engage companies needing tech and transformation talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and place in-demand professionals across specialist tech disciplines.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client and candidate partnerships.
- Performance Oriented: Consistently meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Requirements
- Sales-driven: Experience in target-based roles (B2B, telesales, fundraising etc.)
- Or degree educated with commercial experience
- Motivated by success: You thrive on uncapped commission and career growth
- Resilient & curious: You handle rejection well and pursue opportunities persistently
- Entrepreneurial spirit: You want to build your own business within the business

- Base salary + Uncapped Commission: Year 1 OTE £42K+ (£110k in 3 years).
