About the Position

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at ITA TOOLS SP. Z O.O.O in Kraków, Poland. If you are passionate about visual communication and have experience in creating compelling visual materials, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Online:

  • Create graphic materials for e-marketing: social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), ads (Meta Business), catalogs, flyers, banners, newsletters (Sales Manago)
  • Prepare files for web publication
  • Proactively create promotional campaigns
  • Design web elements (landing pages, pop-ups, banners, subpages)
  • Manage content and graphics: SharePoint (creation, editing, modification) and B2B system
  • Support marketing automation efforts (Sales Manago)
  • Prepare short animations and video materials

• Offline:

  • Typesetting and preparation for print (catalogs, flyers)
  • Collaborate with printers and subcontractors
  • Design trade show booths and materials for industry events
  • Ensure consistency of brand visual identity
  • Close collaboration with marketing and sales for promotional activities

Requirements

• Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Figma or Adobe XD
    • Adobe Premiere (Rush) or After Effect
    • Microsoft Office
  • Creativity, independence, and good work organization
  • Ability to collaborate with the team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
