QATestLab is an international IT outsourcing company that provides independent software testing services. We have over 20 years of experience in providing QA support to companies in various industries - from e-commerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, gaming, and cloud applications.

We are growing our Marketing Team and looking for a creative Graphic Designer.

You’ll work on a wide range of visual content, have the opportunity to influence the development of the design system, and bring creative ideas to life across different formats. You will become a key partner for the content team in all design-related matters, working in an environment with clear processes, team lead support, and space for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for the marketing, HR, recruiting, finance, and other company departments
• Adapt visuals for different formats and platforms
• Adhere to the brand style and participate in the development of the company’s design system
• Make revisions and prepare multiple versions of design solutions when needed
• Work in two-week sprints with task planning and estimation
• Communicate daily with the content team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a graphic designer (experience in IT is a plus)
• Experience creating web design (desktop and mobile), presentations, advertising materials, animations/videos
• Experience working with AI tools for image, video, and animation generation
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe products
• Ability to work with multi-format tasks (adapting one visual for different platforms/formats)
• Experience working with English-language materials, with English reading comprehension at B1+ level or higher
• Basic understanding of web markup (HTML/CSS/CMS)
• Organized, with the ability and willingness to plan work in sprints
• Proactive, eager to develop and learn new tools
• Communicative and able to work both independently and in a team
