About the Position
Devlight is the AI partner for companies moving from manual work to intelligent operations. We design and build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and product experiences that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and strengthen customer experience.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. You’ll own the visual layer of how Devlight presents itself to the world - from sales decks and proposals to website pages and social content. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you’ll work directly with the marketing and business development teams, and help shape how we integrate AI tools into the design workflow.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain presentation and proposal templates
- Support website visual updates
- Write a clear design brief for a motion designer – animations, video intros, reels
- Handle basic video editing for social and internal content
- Help build AI-assisted design processes
- Design and produce social media visuals
Requirements
- 3+ years in graphic design (agency, in-house, or both)
- Strong portfolio: presentations, proposals, or marketing materials
- Proficient in Figma, comfortable in Adobe Suite
- Experience writing design briefs for motion designers or external contractors
- Basic video editing skills: cuts, subtitles, social-ready formats
- Already using AI tools in your workflow (Figma Make, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flowstep, etc)
- Can manage your own time and priorities without micromanagement
- English – Intermediate+
Nice to Have
- Background in tech, IT services, or B2B
- After Effects basics
- Experience working with building design systems
- Background in UX/UI
