We are looking for a Senior Designer who thinks boldly, works quickly, and can turn ideas into vibrant visual solutions. If you love dynamics, digital environments, and want to see the result of your work in large-scale collaborations – we are on the way.

Responsibilities

• Development of Key Visual for advertising campaigns and marketing projects focused on sports and esports themes.
• Creation of design for digital formats, including social media.
• Development of concepts and graphic design for sports events.
• Work with brand books and adherence to visual guidelines.
• Creation of key visuals for promos, landing pages, partnerships.
• Development of advertising materials for print, outdoor advertising, and merchandise.
• Work with AI tools for generating and processing visual content.
• Development in a fast and ambitious environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a graphic designer for at least 3 years.
• Confident proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• Knowledge of pre-press preparation (CMYK, cut lines, bleeds).
• Understanding of digital formats: dimensions, safe zones, adaptation for different platforms.
• Ability to work with text, visually structure content, basic knowledge of layout.
• Sense of composition and color.
• Knowledge of retouching and photo processing.
• Proficiency in AI tools for image generation.
• Ability to work with brand books and guidelines, adherence to corporate style.
• Ability to work with shadows, light, color, and reflections. High-level collage.
• Creative: ability to quickly and effectively present your idea visually.
• Ability to work with feedback, quickly integrate it into the design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Betting/E-sports/Gambling.
• Basic knowledge of Blender.
• Experience working with a motion design team.
