We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

The Graphic Designer job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, social media posts, and photos. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Brandbook knowledge and understanding of the structure
• Design and production of marketing and business development materials
• Award submittals, portfolios, brochures, booklets, posters, advertisements, banners, wall graphics, signage, and more!
• Create presentations (slide decks, webinar, video, boards, leave-behinds, etc.) using innovative presentation tools and methods
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas in a creative way
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software (Sketch, Figma, AI, etc.) or by hand
• Test graphics across various media including video, print, packaging, etc.
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Proficiency in design briefs
• Brandbook knowledge
• Experience in creating illustrations, logos, layouts, social media posts, and photos
• Ability to create presentations using innovative tools and methods
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas in a creative way
• Develop designs using software (Sketch, Figma, AI, etc.) or by hand
