About the Position
We are a defence tech company seeking a Graphic Designer to manage our visual communication from international trade show materials to daily social media content. This is not a junior role. You’ll work independently, maintain brand consistency, and bring creative energy to complex B2B communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare handouts, banners, and visual materials for international exhibitions, conferences, and product demonstrations
- Develop branded merchandise, packaging, and promotional items
- Design presentations for internal and external use
- Adapt visuals across formats and dimensions (print, digital, social)
- Create social media layouts and digital platform assets
- Produce vector graphics for technical diagrams, icons, and infographics
- Prepare print-ready files following prepress technical requirements
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools
- Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience developing branded products and materials
- Knowledge of print preparation and prepress workflows
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while proposing new visual solutions
- High attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with technical or B2B products
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
- Basic motion graphics or 3D skills
