Graphic Designer (Motion Oriented)

About the Position

What it's like

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong motion mindset to join our team.

You will work with ambitious brands and help translate their identities across a wide range of formats. From social media content, campaign assets, and presentations to event visuals, product launches, and occasional motion pieces, you'll ensure brands stay consistent, recognizable, and engaging wherever they appear.

We work fast, adapt quickly, value feedback, win awards, and have fun doing it. Inspired by Ozero's approach to startup culture and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for video productions, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
• Develop visual systems that work both in static and motion formats.
• Turn scripts, ideas, and rough concepts into polished visual narratives.
• Prepare design assets for animation, editing, and delivery.
• Experiment with new tools, workflows, and AI-assisted creative processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or a related field.
• Understanding of composition, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create clean, production-ready assets and work within established visual systems.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deadlines and quality.
• Curiosity, discipline, proactivity, and a desire to continuously improve.
• You have a hustler attitude: being creative + getting things done
• With decent English and good communication skills
