Graphic Designer

About the Position

We are The Digital Bunch, a company specializing in CGI, software development, and UX/UI design. With a diverse team consisting of 3D artists, designers, and developers, we love to combine 3D and software within projects such as interactive experiences, configurators, mobile applications, and websites.

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and are ready to make a meaningful impact on diverse projects, we want to hear from you! You'll thrive in our startup atmosphere and work on varied and dynamic assignments. A strong portfolio is a must!

Responsibilities

• Designing visual materials: Create marketing graphics and materials for social media, online advertisements, brochures, posters, and other promotional assets aligned with brand identity.
• Developing brand identity: Co-create and evolve visual identities, ensuring stylistic and aesthetic consistency across all graphic design projects.
• Print material preparation: Design and prepare print-ready files, such as flyers, catalogs, business cards, and other promotional materials, following technical specifications.
• Collaboration with teams: Work closely with the marketing team to craft campaigns and strategies aligned with project goals. Collaborate with the UI team to ensure that web design materials align with established brand identity.
• Trend monitoring: Stay updated on graphic design trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance brand communication.
• Resource organization: Manage the graphic asset library, maintaining clarity and easy access to resources.
• AI tools integration: Use AI-based tools to optimize graphic projects and develop unique visual solutions.
• Content creation for portfolios and social media: Design and prepare engaging Dribbble, Behance, and other social media content. Develop case studies for completed projects.
• Feedback culture: Contribute to cultivating a strong feedback culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Deep understanding of hierarchy, typography, color theory
• Skills in preparing print-ready files
• Advanced level skills in using autolayout, grids, components, variants
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in graphic design
• Good eye for searching and matching references
• Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics
• Ability to organize your work and do it on time
• Ability to work efficiently with divergent projects
• Problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to learn new things and openness to feedback
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent English
• A portfolio that demonstrates all of the above or link to Figma to one (or more) of your projects
