Group Life – Policy Servicing Admin SiGeDiS

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Administrative Officer for Group Life Policy Servicing in Belgium. Proficiency in Dutch and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Process affiliate files thoroughly in accordance with Athora procedures and applicable regulations
• Process Sigedis Push Organizers and produce related documents
• Manage existing contracts and modify them where necessary, in compliance with legal, tax, and internal Athora Belgium regulations
• Correctly analyze requests from clients and brokers via email and telephone
• Handle these requests efficiently and ensure proper follow-up with clients
• Ensure follow-up of Sigedis communications and process the information provided by this organization

Requirements

• Clear communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and brokers to ensure transparency, accuracy, and mutual understanding
• Case management: Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously while respecting strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks
• Tools usage: Ability to use internal tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, central system/mainframe) to input and track cases
• Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of coverage types: life, death, disability, hospitalization
  • Understanding of how group insurance contracts operate
  • Good knowledge of regulations related to extralegal benefits and taxation
  • Knowledge of Sigedis processes

Language Skills

• Dutch: Professional working proficiency
• French: Professional working proficiency
