About the Position

Growth Graduate Program

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking top graduates for our Growth Graduate Program. This is a temporary (full-time) role based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Work on special projects to improve key business metrics and optimize operations.
• Monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Work across different markets and teams to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
• Provide support in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in a related field such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or Data Analytics with a business interest.
• Passion for data analysis and business strategy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic analytical methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English (Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, or Portuguese is a plus).
