Location and Work Model

We operate under a remote-first model, offering total flexibility for you to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who enjoy face-to-face meetings, we have our office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces. Additionally, we have the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program, which allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year.

About the Role and Challenge

Your mission as a Growth Intelligence Specialist will be to provide insights, structures, and practical recommendations to increase the volume of ads attracted through acquisition and conversion channels, ensuring scalability and efficiency according to our economic guidelines. You will play a key role in diagnosing the performance of the offer, supporting the development of growth levers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate impact.

Requirements

Analyze the performance of the offer funnel between acquisition and conversion channels, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop analytical models and work structures to guide the offer strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
Conduct diagnostics to identify levers that increase property acquisition, respecting financial guidelines.
Work in partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales, Brokers, Product, and Technology teams to design and operationalize improvement initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and supporting execution.
Monitor supply KPIs, track the impacts of initiatives, and support tactical and strategic planning.
Collaborate with the Budget Allocation team to align financial guidelines and maximize ROI.

What We Seek (Requirements)

Advanced knowledge of English;
Relevant experience in areas such as: business analysis/intelligence (BI), commercial planning, or growth strategy (growth);
Experience in breaking down complex problems into manageable parts;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to extract insights from data;
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence different audiences;
Experience in handling large volumes of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.).
