About the Position
We are looking for a Growth Lead to define and drive the overall growth strategy across our product portfolio. This role sits at the center of product, marketing, and data, owning the full user lifecycle from acquisition to retention and monetization. You will work cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into scalable initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on experimentation, including A/B testing and funnel optimization. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on solving complex growth challenges and driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
- Build and optimize the growth funnel, improving key metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates
- Leverage data analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive product and operational improvements
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate and scale growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to achieve growth targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or operations roles
- Proven experience managing the full growth lifecycle (Acquisition / Activation / Retention / Revenue)
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
