Growth Lead - Romania

Glovo is seeking a Growth Lead for its Romania team. This role is pivotal in defining Glovo’s local marketing strategy, adapting global playbooks to local needs, and driving user base growth.

Responsibilities

• Define Glovo’s local marketing strategy, adapting global playbooks to local needs.
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interactions and identify growth opportunities.
• Understand the local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investments to maximize user base growth within agreed CAC targets.
• Track market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Lead local marketing activations (offline and online) in coordination with Commercial/other involved teams.
• Own the tracking and expenditure of the marketing budget for the country.
• Track and monitor key growth metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders.
• Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with various departments.
• Establish a shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations.
• Communicate and simplify concepts to Country managers and department heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Stats, or Quantitative field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a leading FMCG company or in the E-commerce sector.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth, experience defining investment strategy, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.
• Stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decision-making, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success.
• Hands-on attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong consumer understanding skills.
