Growth Marketing Analyst

About the Position

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets such as EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join one of our rapidly growing businesses working on social products in the video streaming sector.

About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for marketing analytics from start to insight. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting cohort and funnel analysis: in-depth study of user behavior, Retention, LTV, CAC, and unit economics.
• Performing end-to-end A/B testing: from experiment design to statistical validation and product recommendations.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, ASA, etc.
• Conducting strategic ad hoc research: helping C-level and stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Analytics: From inception to actionable insights.
• Cohort and Funnel Analysis: Deep dive into user behavior, retention, LTV, CAC, and unit economics.
• A/B Testing: End-to-end process from experiment design to statistical validation.
• Ad Effectiveness Analysis: Evaluating platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, ASA, etc.
• Strategic Research: Providing data-driven insights to C-level and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Data / Product / Marketing Analyst roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Python for analysis: pandas, numpy, statsmodels.
  • Experience with marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention, etc.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MMP.
• Experience with ML models (churn prediction, LTV forecasting).
• Mobile analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
