Growth Marketing Engineer

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

When Oktopost was founded in 2013, social media was still a question mark in B2B marketing. We saw its untapped potential to drive real business results and built a platform to help marketers turn social into a measurable growth channel.

Today, the challenge for B2B organisations is no longer access to channels, but the ability to execute, measure, and optimise reliably across an increasingly complex marketing technology stack.

Oktopost powers social media management and employee advocacy, enabling B2B companies to become truly social organisations. Our platform is deeply integrated into the modern marketing ecosystem, and we hold ourselves to the same standard internally.

We are now hiring a Growth Marketing Engineer to own and evolve Oktopost’s marketing infrastructure, demand generation engine, and data architecture. This role represents a shift from campaign execution to system ownership, where success is defined by the reliability of data, the integrity of attribution, and the ability to turn marketing activity into a measurable pipeline.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, as well as external partners, to ensure that every interaction across our digital ecosystem is captured, structured, and translated into actionable insight and revenue impact.

This role requires working from our Ramat Gan office a minimum of 3 days per week to enable close collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Oktopost’s marketing infrastructure, demand generation engine, and data architecture.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
• Ensure every interaction across our digital ecosystem is captured, structured, and translated into actionable insight and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For

• DevOps skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ramat Gan, Israel, a minimum of 3 days per week
