SEODACH Solutions GmbH, an AI-first team based in Munich, is seeking a Growth Marketing / Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and apply modern growth strategies with AI. You will work directly on live campaigns, budgets, and business decisions across 9 business areas. This position is available as a full-time role or as an internship for students, with a certificate and reference letter provided.

About the Role
SEODACH Solutions is an AI-first team from Munich with 9 business areas, ranging from B2B lead generation and subscription websites to public tenders, AI outreach, and our own business software. We are looking for a Growth Marketing / Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is for someone who is eager to become a growth specialist and learn by doing, not just from textbooks. You will be working on real campaigns, budgets, and metrics from day one. No prior experience is necessary-what we value most is curiosity, determination, and a genuine interest in modern growth strategies with AI. We will provide the training.
Note: This position is on-site in our Munich office-no remote or hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with our business cockpit: CRM, tasks, statistics, and AI assistants.
- Use AI tools (like Claude and our own AI agents) for research, writing, outreach sequences, and analysis-faster and more thoroughly.
- Generate leads for our business areas: Define target audiences, reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and email, and generate qualified leads.
- Drive traffic-both paid and organic: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns; support SEO efforts on our landing pages.
- Plan, publish, and maintain content and posts on our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Blog).
- Set up and test quiz funnels and landing pages-what message and offer convert best?
- Maintain clean statistics in our cockpit, Matomo, and Google Search Console; build regular reports.
- Analyze what works and what doesn’t-and quickly adjust.
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for your tasks and keep them on track.
Requirements
- Passion for growth marketing and a desire to become a growth specialist.
- Experience with or willingness to learn and use AI tools daily.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive: Identify issues and take action instead of waiting for instructions.
- Fluent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is a plus but not required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich and work from our office.
- No prior experience necessary-mindset, attitude, and genuine interest are more important than your resume; career starters, career switchers, and students are welcome.
