About the Position

Promova, a leading Ukrainian EdTech company, is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and develop a comprehensive growth system for their web and mobile products. This role is essential to integrate CRO, ASO, user lifecycle mechanics, and organic growth into a unified, predictable system with clear goals, rapid experimentation, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Speed of experimentation: Focus on the quality and pace of learning, rather than chaotic A/B tests.
• Funnel conversion: View funnels as revenue streams-a combination of creative approach and a dedicated funnel where the team fully controls the lead's path from click to purchase (including onboarding and retention levers).
• Scaling with positive ROMI: Increase spending without harming unit economics.
• Single source of truth: Consistency in data measurement and decision-making.
• Growth drivers: Assist product and creative teams in creating cycles that support sustainable development.
• Growth acceleration: Collaborate with product and technical departments on monetization, onboarding, and paywall iterations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Marketing Management, or Product-led Marketing with proven experience in successful experiments.
• Strong analytical skills: Working with funnels and user paths, cohort analysis, incrementality assessment.
• Experience in scaling B2C subscription products (web and/or mobile applications).
• Cross-functional leadership: Ability to achieve measurable results with product and technical teams.
• Experience in growth product management or conversion optimization: We are also open to ambitious Senior specialists ready to take on a leadership position.

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, language learning, or subscription content products.
• Experience in building an experimentation system-from fragmented processes to a unified operational model.
• Practical experience with AI or automation in growth processes (e.g., using Claude for daily operations).
