Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
Email Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across brands and segments to drive top-of-funnel demand.
- Develop personalized email content and strategies tailored by persona and account type.
- Analyze email campaign metrics and leverage insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Digital Marketing
- Create and manage various digital marketing channels, including Google, YouTube, social media, trade publications, industry marketplaces, Reddit, and more.
- Utilize AI to maximize ad delivery, targeting, and reporting.
- Integrate digital campaigns with other channels to ensure a consistent message and experience for prospective customers.
Event Marketing & Sales Collaboration
- Lead the pre, post, and in-event communications strategy for industry events, trade shows, and virtual events.
- Collaborate with the brand team and event leads to maximize event visibility and engagement.
- Analyze event performance and work closely with sales to maximize lead capture and pipeline from event activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on campaign performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience within growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns. B2B SaaS and start-up experience is a plus. Experience in the hospitality or hotel tech industry is a plus.
- Strong ability to write copy and use AI to scale out more personalized messaging.
- Proven ability to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and take action based on data.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously across multiple channels, including events.
- Strong background integrating marketing campaigns with a sales/SDR channel to create a unified outreach plan that maximizes pipeline.
- Experience managing event campaigns.
- Familiarity with leveraging marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), and managing media purchases with third-party publications.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including brand, product marketing, design, content, and sales.
Compensation
Target cash compensation ranges from $140,000 - $156,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid monthly. This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
