About the Position

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager for our action RPG, Vampirio, to drive commercial success across mobile and PC platforms. The mission of Vampirio is to build a globally successful action RPG that combines the accessibility of hybrid-casual gaming with the depth and excitement of roguelike progression. We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who is passionate about gaming, highly analytical, and excited to take ownership of a game's commercial success across mobile and PC.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the growth and distribution strategy for Vampirio across Android and iOS, aligning acquisition, monetization, and community initiatives with product updates and live operations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms, continuously improving player quality, retention, and return on investment.
  • Drive creative testing initiatives by working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify winning gameplay hooks, messaging, and advertising concepts.
  • Collaborate with monetization teams to improve ad mediation performance and maximize advertising revenue opportunities.
  • Own App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts across mobile storefronts, improving conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization.
  • Coordinate localization initiatives for marketing materials, store content, and distribution assets across global markets.
  • Lead the social media strategy for Vampirio, ensuring consistent communication and engagement across community channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with highly engaged players, providing premium support experiences that strengthen retention and community trust.
  • Execute the Steam growth roadmap, adapting distribution strategies to the unique requirements of the PC gaming ecosystem.
  • Drive wishlist growth initiatives and maximize visibility during Steam festivals, seasonal promotions, and platform events.
  • Build relationships with content creators, streamers, influencers, and community leaders who can help expand Vampirio's reach within the Action RPG, Roguelike, and Survivor-like audiences.
  • Optimize the Steam storefront experience, including tags, creative assets, localization, and discoverability initiatives.
  • Manage community engagement across Steam, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and other PC-focused channels.
  • Partner closely with Game Designers and Product teams, translating player feedback and market performance into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, user acquisition, product marketing, publishing, or related commercial roles within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition, including performance marketing channels such as Meta, Google, Unity, Mintegral, AppLovin, and similar platforms.
  • Experience analyzing key growth and monetization metrics, including CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, and advertising revenue performance.
  • Hands-on experience working with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with app store optimization, localization processes, and mobile game distribution.
  • Experience managing communities across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Steam, or other player-facing channels.
  • Understanding of Steam distribution, wishlist generation, creator outreach, and PC gaming ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.
