Growth Product Manager (web2web)

As we set new goals for growth, we’re looking for a Growth Product Manager (web2web) to strengthen our web direction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monetization funnel and pinpoint areas of improvement
• Find a balance between revenue generation and user retention
• Optimize and increase conversion rates (turn users into paying and loyal customers)
• Come up with optimal solutions and improve web onboarding
• Perform A/B tests; generate unique ideas and hypotheses, prepare reports showcasing results
• Cooperate closely with analytics teams and product managers
• Take part in the creation of UX wireframes and UI mockups

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Growth Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager role, with a focus on B2C products (web2web/web2app funnels)
• Proven experience in optimizing conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV
• Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
• Solid understanding of unit economics and key business metrics
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and turn insights into impactful solutions
• Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, analysts, designers, marketers)
• At least an intermediate level of English; understanding of language intricacies and specific vocabulary

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment systems (Stripe, Solid, etc.), including chargeback/refund management and improving AR
• Hands-on involvement in launching new products or funnels from scratch
• Participation in building analytics architecture and setting up event tracking
