About the Position
Growth Specialist (New Grad)
Location: Istanbul

We are looking for a passionate Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth
- Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or soon-to-be graduate from a top university
- Strong interest in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- Passion for the gaming industry and eagerness to learn its dynamics
- Basic understanding of data analysis and digital campaign metrics
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
