About the Role

As a Growth Specialist, you will be a key support for our Growth team, ensuring the smooth running of tender processes and administrative tasks. Your actions will contribute to the effective acquisition of new clients and strengthen our market position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the tender process and monitor its progress.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, collect documentation, and upload it to audit platforms.
• Support communication with foreign markets.
• Gather business partner interviews.
• Coordinate data collection for RECMA/COMvergence reports.
• Update the status of network and internal tenders.
• Verify NDA agreements with the legal department and coordinate Board signatures.
• Coordinate the completion of RFI, FGZ, and Agreement documents.
• Coordinate tender-related content on the Teams channel, invite team members, and grant them access.
• Assist in verifying business potential (sense check with Trading, media mix, Prospecting).
• Adhere to the tender schedule (manage task list, remind of steps, and task delivery by the team).
• Coordinate meeting logistics (meeting schedule, agenda, room reservations, sending invitations, taking meeting minutes).
• Coordinate communication with various units involved in tender work.
• Support the team in carrying out ongoing operational tasks.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • MS Office proficiency, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written) at a level that allows daily work.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience in tenders, business support, or project coordination (including internships, practical experience).
  • Experience in the advertising, marketing, media, or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of RECMA and COMvergence reports.
  • Experience working with clients or other departments within the company.
  • Familiarity with tools like Teams, tender management platforms, or task management systems.
  • Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Interest in the media, advertising, and business development market.

Salary:

5 167 zł - 9 167 zł PLN
