Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place - bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

We are looking for a GTM in Denmark to support our growth in the Nordic market. The ideal candidate is a Danish native speaker with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience and a strong background in both inbound and outbound sales. You are energetic, resilient, and motivated by targets, with the ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline and close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Conduct product demos and clearly articulate value propositions to finance leaders and key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with structured follow-ups
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and closing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Danish native speaker with professional-level English
  • Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling fintech or financial SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with mid-market clients
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM systems
  • Experience covering multiple Nordic markets
