Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to medical expertise, no matter where they are. Join Corti as a GTM Engineer to help build the systems behind a smarter, more scalable go-to-market engine. You’ll connect the tools and data that power our commercial teams, turning fragmented systems into a reliable foundation for automation, insight, and action.
Responsibilities
- Data foundation: Build and maintain the integrated data layer across Corti’s commercial data systems, bringing together data from tools such as Stripe, Attio, Supabase, Calendly, and Leexi. Own the event tracking layer, instrumenting key product and commercial touchpoints so analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, etc.) reflect what's actually happening. Build enrichment pipelines that pull from third-party data providers and internal signals to keep ICP records current and scored.
- Systems and automation: Design and implement workflows, automations, and backend services that improve how commercial teams operate, from pipeline management and deal acceleration to post-sale handoffs. Identify repetitive GTM processes and systematically eliminate them through automation, freeing commercial teams to focus on higher-judgment work.
- Activation and tooling: Build systems that surface timely signals and enable proactive, data-driven GTM execution, including AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows where appropriate. Build internal tools that reduce manual work for sales, CS, and growth, such as automated account research, meeting prep summaries, or usage-based alert systems. Partner with Growth and RevOps to define the data models and pipeline logic that underpin campaign targeting, segmentation, and attribution.
- Cross-functional impact: Collaborate as the primary technical builder for GTM teams across Growth, Enterprise Sales, Developer Experience, and Scaled Customer Experience, translating process needs into robust, scalable solutions. Document all built components so systems remain understandable and extensible as the team scales. Contribute to engineering quality through clean implementation, thoughtful code review, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer, ideally at mid-level, with exposure to growth, sales, or other go-to-market teams.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with a backend or server-side engineering focus.
- Experience integrating business-critical tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with analytics and data tooling such as PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working with ETL processes, data synchronization, or workflow automation is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including all-remote communication.
