About the Position

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech & SaaS startup helping companies optimize their software, cloud, and corporate spend. We're expanding across Europe and looking for driven, ambitious GTM talent to join our team. If you're hungry to hunt, close, and grow B2B accounts - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, demoing, negotiating, and closing
  • Identify and target key accounts (mid-size B2B companies) in your local market
  • Own your pipeline from first touch to signed contract
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to sharpen messaging and value proposition
  • Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Represent Spendbase at local industry events and in your professional network
  • Help build and shape Spendbase's presence in your country

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud sales (startup or tech background a plus)
  • Based in Europe with strong fluency in your local language and English
  • Some exposure to closing mid-market deals or managing client relationships directly
  • A self-starter with an ownership mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • A local network you can tap into from day one is a big plus
