Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place - bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

We are looking for a GTM in Finland to support our growth in the Finnish market. The ideal candidate is a Finnish native speaker with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, comfortable selling to technical and finance stakeholders. You understand how to communicate value to analytical buyers and can confidently navigate conversations with IT, procurement, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound opportunities in the Finnish market
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing
  • Conduct tailored product demos for both financial and technical buyers
  • Clearly articulate technical and financial value propositions
  • Build and maintain a structured, healthy pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience or confidence selling to technical stakeholders (IT, engineering, procurement)
  • Strong discovery, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Finnish native speaker with professional-level English
  • Analytical mindset and ability to understand technical product concepts
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling fintech or financial SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with mid-market or tech-driven companies
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM systems
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder deal cycles
