In the past three years, with fewer than 25 full-time employees at HQ, we have become the third-largest property management company in Germany.

About the Role

As a GTM Intern (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the front end of our M&A machine. Every property management company in Germany is a potential acquisition target. Your job is to find them, reach them, and start an exchange.

Most of your day will be spent on the phone, talking to owners and decision-makers. The rest of the time, you will build the lists and campaigns that make these calls possible. You will work from the office, in close collaboration with our CCO, Thies, and his team.

Responsibilities

• 60–80% of your time will be outbound, primarily making calls to owners and decision-makers of property management companies across Germany.
• You will research, enrich, and structure data about companies, decision-makers, and contact details.
• Run structured outbound campaigns. Phone first, then email and LinkedIn. You will execute the playbook and report back on what works.
• Identify decision-makers and open the door. You will start the conversations that will eventually lead to a deal.

You Fit If

• You can start from 01.11.
• You are currently enrolled at a German university or available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months.
• You live in Berlin or want to live there and work from our office.
• You have fluent German (C2) in speech and writing.
• You can spend most of the day on the phone without it bothering you.
• You are tech-savvy. CRMs, tools, data handling: You learn quickly and don't need supervision.
