We are growing quickly and looking to triple headcount over the next 12 months. We’re building the GTM team that will bring our AI-native accounting platform to more businesses, and we’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us get there.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across the GTM org to define great talent, run thoughtful searches, and keep hiring moving. You’ll own roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing teams, bringing strong judgment, a great candidate experience, and real urgency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and run effective searches.
• Own recruitment for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing teams.
• Utilize strong sourcing instincts to reach great candidates.
• Advise hiring managers and assess talent rigorously.
• Build trust quickly and help teams stay calibrated on their needs.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, recruiting agency, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, or similar teams.
• Strong sourcing instincts and a knack for reaching great candidates.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage several searches and stakeholders.
• Excited by people, AI, and building an exceptional company.
